PASSPORT INFORMATION

A Passport Acceptance Agent is usually available Monday through Thursday to process passport applications.  Please call to confirm that an Acceptance Agent will be available.  Calling and making an appointment in advance is strongly encouraged. You will need to bring a birth certificate with a raised seal, one passport photo, photo ID and two separate payments. One payment of $110.00 made out to the Department of State for an adult passport or $80.00 for a minor passport that is paid via check or money orders (no electronic payments accepted and no cash). The second payment for the $35 processing fee paid to Otsego Township can be made via check, money order, or cash (no electronic payments).  For more information about passports visit: https://travel.state.gov/

Sample Ballots

To view a sample ballot, click on link below and choose the Public Ballot tab.  Follow the prompts to input the county, jurisdiction and precinct you vote in to see the appropriate sample ballot.  Voters who live on the east side and east of 16th Street are in Precinct 2, voters who live on the west side and west of 16th Street are in Precinct 1.  If you have any questions, please call the Township hall at 694-9434.
